1. Who we are

This site is operated by Kent Mar LCC ("KXKO.CO," "we," "us"), located at 555 w38th Street,Suite 1002, New York, NY. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or products we can't fulfill. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We try to keep listings accurate but don't warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

3. Living products

Our terrariums and kits contain living plants. Plants vary in size, color, and shape — yours won't be identical to the photo. That's the nature of the product, not a defect.

Plant health after delivery depends on care, light, and watering. We provide care guidance, but we're not responsible for plants that decline due to how they're kept.

4. Returns and store credit

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only per the Refund & Return Policy, and are issued as store credit equal to the purchase price plus a 10% bonus. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not expire.

Damaged or defective goods are handled separately under the Refund & Return Policy and may be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Workshops

Workshop purchases reserve a seat at our NYC studio. See the Refund Policy for rescheduling. You participate at your own risk and agree to follow reasonable studio safety instructions.

6. Intellectual property

All site content — text, photos, logos, designs — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it, interfere with it, or resell our products without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
