NYC — all five boroughs

Free delivery, no minimum. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Orders arrive in 2–4 days. We reach out directly to coordinate the handoff — you'll hear from a person, not a tracking bot. Tell us if you need a specific day, a doorman drop, or an evening window.

Nationwide — DIY kits only

DIY kits ship anywhere in the US via USPS. 5–7 days. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping on orders over $75.

What we don't ship

Assembled terrariums are NYC-only. A finished terrarium is glass, soil, and living plants — it doesn't survive a cross-country truck. If you're outside the city, our DIY kits are built to travel.

Workshops are in-person at our Hudson Yards studio.

Packing

Every order is hand-packed. Kits ship with plants separated and cushioned so they arrive ready to build.

Delays

Carrier delays and severe weather are outside our control. If your order is significantly late, contact us and we'll work it out.
